Collaborative Tools for Learning Conference

Tuesday, October 9th, 2007

The conference will show educators how to make use of the next generation of technologies to support student learning and achievement. A host of new tools and practices of “Web 2.0” and beyond are focusing on how learners of all ages and abilities can collaborate to explore new ideas and understandings. Come join us in learning about the new face of the Internet and how it can transform teaching and learning.

The single day conference will offer a day full of workshops and sessions to develop skills and provide ideas of how these new tools address student understanding as reflected in the Michigan Curriculum Framework. This conference will not only show how these tools are being used in their classrooms and schools to address the benchmarks for student learning, we will use the tools to establish a continuing dialogue to further your instruction.

Registration:
$85 for MACUL members (includes attendance at all sessions, lunch, and access to the conference wikispace and web site)
$105 for non-members (includes MACUL membership through April 30, 2008)
